I gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unworn birdie merchandise. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. I’m happy to offer you simple repairs on a case by case basis. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
